Our Story
Starting as one small local women’s networking group back in 2015, ProspHER has grown into an empire – educating and empowering thousands of women with our series of enjoyable international festival events (link to events page) and our thriving innovative online learning community (link to community page).
Built on a solid foundation of successes, we are led by Serena Fordham, our Founder and CEO, who is an expert business strategist and growth mentor
With a string of awards, best-selling books and successful businesses to her name, Serena has grown ProspHER by forging strong meaningful relationships along the way.
Plus, with her passion for training, supporting and empowering ambitious women, and with the support and dedication of the rest of the ProspHER team, the network has evolved into the unique and powerful proposition you see today – and there are huge plans and a bright future ahead for ProspHER!
