A series of positive, uplifting and inclusive in-person events across Norfolk and beyond which provide a safe space for women to connect, learn and develop their careers.
Just starting out or returning to work?
Our ProspHER Community and ProspHER Fest are designed to help you build the skills and confidence you need to progress in your career. But it’s not all about learning. That old adage “it’s not what you know but who you know” rings true, and all of our platforms help you connect with the people you need to know to access the best opportunities.
Starting your own business?
Taking the plunge, or growing your business from hobby to money-maker, can be daunting. The ProspHER Community helps you upskill and find the support you need, whilst ProspHER Fest gives you the opportunity to get your business in front of the right audiences, as well as learn from those who have been there and done that.
Already smashing it?
There’s always something new to learn! Even if you’re already in big business, our ProspHER Community provides content tailored to you, along with the chance to connect with new talent. You can also pay it back by sharing your skills and knowledge, providing opportunities to those looking to progress their career or becoming a mentor – a great way to support the community.
Not a woman?
Not a problem! Whilst our focus is helping those who identify as a woman, much of our work is just as relevant across the board. Women can’t achieve gender equality in the workplace without the support of forward-thinking men. So, get on board, share your knowledge and show that you understand the power of women in work!
